Privacy Policy
What information this website collects, why, and what happens to it.
Effective date:
Scope of this policy
This policy covers the website at adhista.com only. It explains what this website does with information when you visit it or send us a message.
Individual ADHISTA products — applications, extensions and services — each handle data differently, and each publishes its own privacy information. See ADHISTA products below.
Information we collect
This website is a set of static pages. It does not create an account for you, does not track you between visits, and does not build a profile about you.
Two things happen automatically when you load a page:
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request information — IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, your browser's user-agent string and the referring page — in order to serve the site, protect it from abuse and keep it available. This is operational infrastructure data, not something we analyse or use to identify you.
- Nothing else. We do not place advertising tags, social media pixels, session recording or fingerprinting scripts on this site.
Information you give us
If you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address, enquiry type, subject and message, and you confirm that we may use those details to reply.
We use those details to read and answer your enquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
To stop automated abuse of the form, submissions are rate limited by IP address (currently 5 submissions per 10 minutes) and the form includes a hidden field that only automated clients fill in. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, it is used to distinguish people from bots; Turnstile is designed not to track users across sites.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies of its own. It stores no data in your browser for tracking purposes, which is why you are not shown a cookie consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.
Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security purposes, for example when a Turnstile challenge is shown. These are required for the service to function and are not used for advertising.
Analytics are optional and off by default. If we later enable Google Analytics 4 on this site, this section will be updated before it is switched on, and it will say exactly what is collected.
How we use information
- To reply to enquiries you send us.
- To operate, secure and maintain the availability of this website.
- To detect and prevent abuse, spam and attacks.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
Third-party service providers
We keep the number of third parties involved in this website deliberately small. Those currently involved are:
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, DNS and security for adhista.com. Request data is processed as part of serving the site.
- Our email delivery provider — used only to deliver contact form submissions to our inbox. The provider is To be completed before launch:confirm and name the email delivery provider before launch.
These providers act on our behalf to deliver the service described here. We do not share your information with anyone else except where we are legally required to.
Data retention
Contact form messages are kept in our email system for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and to keep a reasonable record of correspondence, and are deleted when no longer required. The specific retention period is To be completed before launch:set a concrete retention period, e.g. 24 months.
Infrastructure logs are retained by Cloudflare according to their own retention schedules; we do not maintain a separate copy.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. The contact endpoint validates every submission on the server, applies rate limiting, and sends messages onward over encrypted connections. Credentials for the email provider are held as encrypted secrets in our hosting platform and are never present in the code that runs in your browser.
No system can be guaranteed completely secure. We take reasonable and proportionate measures for a website of this kind.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal information we hold about you — typically the right to ask for a copy of it, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how it is used.
If you have sent us a message and would like it deleted, ask us and we will do so. Because this website collects so little, in most cases the only information we hold about you is the message you chose to send.
The specific legal frameworks that apply to ADHISTA, and the formal process for handling such requests, are To be completed before launch:confirm applicable privacy laws and the response process with a lawyer. We have deliberately not claimed compliance with any specific regulation here until that review has taken place.
Children's privacy
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
ADHISTA products
This policy does not cover ADHISTA applications, extensions or services. Each product states what data it handles, and links to its own privacy information from its product page on this site and from its listing in any app store it is distributed through.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website and our products develop. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
Contacting us about privacy
For any question about this policy or about information we hold, use the contact form, which is currently the only channel we publish.
ADHISTA is not yet incorporated, so no registered company name, company number or registered office address is published. Those details will be added here once they exist — we would rather leave this blank than print something that is not true.
